Cancellation & Refund policy: Cancellations before 18 March 2012 will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 18 March - 6 April 2012 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds after 6 April 2012 will be given, however substitution of another person from the same organisation will be permitted.
