Visitor Engagement Manager

Permanent, 40 hrs per week, Mon - Fri
As the Visitor Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage visitors, promote our organisation, and ensure an exceptional visitor experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on-site programs, events, and exhibitions that engage and excite visitors. You will actively contribute to the leadership of the organisation, supporting the achievement of MTG strategic objectives whilst creating a positive, high-performing and visitor-focused organisational culture.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and implementing visitor engagement strategies and should be passionate about creating memorable experiences for visitors.
An outline of the requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of three years team leadership experience
- Experience in the development and delivery of programmes and events in the arts and culture sector
- Marketing experience
- Budget management experience
- Relationship management experience
- Working with diverse cross-sections of the community
- Proven delivery or management of high quality and innovative public programmes and events
