The Emerging Museum Professionals NZ Group are having a day long 'mini-conference' this year on the 6th May as part of MA15.
The EMP 'mini-conference' will take place in the Barclay Theatre at Otago Museum.

EMP Preferred Accomodation
All EMPs are encouraged to stay at Araiteuru Marae.
Staying with your EMP colleagues will enhance your conference experience and we believe that staying on a marae is an experience every museum professional should have had.

This option is open to all delegates and the cost of $35 per night includes breakfast and a shuttle to and from conference.
You can book your marae accomodation when you register for MA15.
MA have a number of subsidised ½ price registrations available to members who would not otherwise be able to attend. In the past there have not been many applications for these subsidies so we urge EMPs who are having difficulty finding the money to come to Dunedin to apply. To apply please send a short statement explaining why you should receive subsidised registration by 20 February 2015 to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The Otago EMPs are hosting an infomal dinner on the first night of conference to help us all get to know one another. The cost is $20 and includes drinks. Get your dinner ticket when you register for MA15.
