Whangarei Museum
Admission fee: Adult $20. Senior/Adult Student $15. Child at school $5. Pre-schooler Free. Family $45 (2 adults, 3 paying children).

Kiwi North is home to the Whangarei Museum, Kiwi House and Heritage Park, and is administered by the Whangarei Museum and Heritage Trust.
The Museum collection numbers over 80,000 items of natural and social history, including significant moa, taonga Maori and entomology collections plus the 1886 Clarke Homestead and the c1860’s Oruaiti Chapel, both Heritage NZ listed category 2.
Living natural history is displayed including tuatara and kiwi in Northland’s only Kiwi House.
LEOTC contracted provider of programmes to schools.
Heritage Park is home to 12 vintage restoration clubs and special interest societies.
