Customer Service Assistant

Permanent position working 40 hours per week (rostered Tuesday to Saturday and must be available to work events during weekends, evenings, school holidays & public holidays as/when required).

MTG Hawke's Bay is an award-winning museum, home of the region's taonga and other treasures. We showcase exhibitions of art, culture and social history, offer educational programmes to students of all ages and our Century Theatre features film, live theatre, concerts and more.

Visitor Host

The Visitor Hosts are the first point of contact for visitors to Puke Ariki Museum. They welcome people entering the Museum, and help them to make the most of their visit by providing information about the exhibitions and events that are taking place.  Hosts also ensure that Health and Safety standards are met.
